Registration directions

The online registration is closed on 10th September. You can go to the registration area in Zone 16 in the afternoon of 12th and during the whole day of 13th if you are still interested in the congress. The registration for the congress will be completely closed at 22:00 on 13th.

Hotel reservation is separated from registration for the meeting. To reserve your hotel, please go to Accommodation & Tour.

Steps of Registration

Fill in the registration form.
After we receive your online payment, you will be sent a registration certificate that includes the registration reference number and an individualized invitation letter by email.
Please bring the registration certificate with you when you come to the meeting as proof of your registration.
You can print the invitation letter out and use it when applying for a visa to China.

Paying and Cancellation Policy

Registered individuals who wish to cancel their registration must inform the Conference Committee (secretary@iaspchina.org) by 15 July , 2011. Refunds (with a deduction for our handling fee) will be sent within a month after the conference. No refund will be made if you fail to inform the Conference Committee by 15 July , 2011.
Registered individual who wishes to transfer their registration to another individual can fill out the Registration Transfer Form and email the form to the Conference Committee (secretary@iaspchina.org) by 15 July , 2011. We will not accept transfers of registration after 15 July , 2011.
